A bit about us.
For more than 40 years, Horizon Property Services has provided quality commercial landscaping, lawn care, snow removal, and plantscaping services across Colorado’s Front Range, from Fort Collins to the Denver Metro area and south to Colorado Springs.
Horizon serves commercial clients with reliable grounds maintenance, mowing, landscape enhancements, annuals and perennials, irrigation repairs, mulch-to-rock conversions, snow removal, and full landscape renovations. We also provide interior plantscaping services, caring for tropical plants and living walls in hotels, restaurants, shopping malls, office buildings, and other commercial spaces.
Whether you need a complete landscape renovation or simply want to improve your property with seasonal color, fresh mulch, rock conversion, or better ongoing maintenance, Horizon has you covered. We’re committed to delivering quality work, responsive service, and long-term value for every client we serve.
Horizon is owned by Steven and Nikki Brown. In January 2018, Steven and Nikki began acquiring local landscape and plantscaping companies throughout the Denver Metro area, starting with Plant Escape and City Plantscaping. In 2021, they added Horizon Landscape & Irrigation, followed by Plantek and Rocky Mountain Living Walls in 2022. In 2026, Horizon expanded again by acquiring the commercial landscaping divisions of Tendit, further strengthening its ability to serve commercial clients across the Front Range.
Steven served in the United States Marine Corps before joining a boutique investment firm in Colorado, where he learned how to evaluate and acquire businesses. After the firm acquired a franchisor in Scottsdale, Arizona, Steven joined the company in an operating role and eventually became COO. He holds a degree in finance from the University of Denver.
Nikki’s background includes operations, customer success, and leadership in the childhood education sector. She brings a strong focus on service, systems, and client experience to Horizon. Nikki is a graduate of The Ohio State University.
Today, Horizon Property Services continues to grow with a simple focus: take care of commercial properties, take care of clients, and do the work the right way.
